Her professional journey has been shaped by her experience living and working in the United States and Lebanon, giving her a nuanced understanding of Middle Eastern culture and international human rights issues. At Truthlytics, she focuses on amplifying marginalized voices and addressing critical global challenges through investigative reporting and storytelling.

Natalie’s diverse professional background highlights her adaptability and dedication to driving meaningful change: As Director of Operations at Phoenix Advocacy, Natalie led day-to-day operations, developed policies, and drove growth strategies for a non-profit focused on advocacy and social services. During her time as the owner of Roastery Natalie in Beirut, she combined entrepreneurial skills with cultural engagement, managing all aspects of a boutique coffee roastery. As co-founder of Grenade Digital Marketing, she created strategies and campaigns for healthcare, non-profit, and retail clients, emphasizing impactful digital outreach. At MARC USA, Natalie launched and managed a digital advertising unit, overseeing a $1.3 million media budget and earning industry recognition for her innovative approach.
